I have been hearing lots of good talk going around the gym about the Paleo Challenge. People sharing ideas, recipes and the “where to buy this or that”. I can see that everyone is getting dialed in. It is only day 3, so don’t be checking the scale, mirror or stopwatches yet for change and don’t be discouraged if no benefits pop up for the next 7-10 days. Be patient, sometimes things feel like their getting worst just before they begin to get better.
