Coach John B. usually instructs the Thursday morning class. However, this being his birthday, we decided he had to do his workout at 6am. At Rx this ended up being a 35-45 minute workout. We gave many the option in the later classes to do 2 rounds unless they were willing to “go long”. Happy Birthday John B. We hope you enjoyed your birthday beating
