Lori always does soooo much for the house and we are happy to help her celebrate her birthday with a perfectly horrible workout. Since Lori’s birthday was on the 30th, we programmed 30 seconds on, 30 seconds rest for 30 minutes. This was a most memorable workout. Happy Birthday Lori!!!
