Brian Wong will be stopping by next Saturday, August 21st, to explain the benefits of RockTape. Many athletes are using kinesiology tape to both apply compression to promote recovery or decompression to relieve pain and swelling. He will be taping up any athlete prior to the wod so come early at either 8:30am or 9:30 to put it to the test.
