Some things you just have to watch over and over again. 400lbs going overhead never looked so awesome.
As we near the end of our 30 day Paleo Challenge we have a few workouts in store to test the performance benefits of our adjusted eating lifestyle. We did this workout about 4 weeks ago(pre-paleo) so check your journals and see if Paleo works for you. But remember, nutrition is just one component of increased performance. Rest, focus, mental stamina, hydration and even time of day can all have their effect on a PR.
