Strength Days have a specific purpose to solicit a max load response without failure being attributed to the cardio respiratory system. Everyone needs to participate in elements of strength to achieve complete fitness. The load may vary and the reps may vary but the need to stress the muscular system remains constant. Members or coaches are always welcome to adjust the load and rep scheme to be appropriate. DO NOT AVOID STRENGTH DAYS, YOUR COMPLETE HEALTH DEPENDS ON IT!!!!
