I originally told Cheyne that would could probably not do this workout since our room could only comfortably fit 10 or 12 athletes doing this workout. But what the hell, who needs to be comfortable..it’s CrossFit. Suck it up, go at it hard and be considerate of your neighbor. It was awesome! Happy Birthday Coach Cheyne!

32 Toes to Bar
32 Racked Barbell Lunges(m-75lbs/f-51lbs)
32 Double-Under Jump Rope(x5 for singles)
plus… 5 burpees every 2 minutes
