The four attempts at the bar did not prove to be the most exciting workout, but still very challenging. The press on the other hand was a straight up mind game. It took all the courage you had to not put the bar down for 3 minutes. It definitely put a cherry on top of today’s workout.

Dead Hang Strict Pull-Ups – max reps per attempt every 4 minutes
Press(m-45lbs/f-31lbs) – max reps for 1 attempt bar must stay in racked position if resting
