This workout allowed athletes the discretion to partition the workout however they wanted. Do it chipper style or make as many rounds as they wanted. A system was essential to keep track of all the reps and meters. No one was able to complete the entire workout within the specified caps. Which means we will probably have a do-over on another BIG SATURDAY so athletes can have their closure. It is soooo unfulfilling to not finish a workout. Either way it was an awesome workout.
