18 athletes at the 6am workout this morning.(2 snuck off before photo) I think that is a 6am record.
This workout allowed athletes to choose their own weight for the deadlift but put motivation on pulling a heavy deadlift or running really fast to try and get in an extra round. The only way to score in this workout is to “get to the bar”. It all boiled down to a strategy that favored their strengths. Remember only 5 deadlifts per round and must complete the 400m run and 20 wall balls before getting a chance at scoring.

20 Wall Ball(m-20lbs to 10’/f-12lbs to 10′ or 16lbs to 9′)
5 Deadlifts(athletes choice)
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes
score = Deadlift reps x Deadlift weight
