It is awesome when we have 2 birthday workouts in a row. Austin sent me his love/hate list to come up with a workout worthy of his 26th birthday. His brand new Oly shoes got broken in and helped him with one of his hates(OHS). Austin was the first to do their birthday workout twice. Is Austin setting a new trend? Happy Birthday Austin!!
