Workout of the Day:
33 Double-Under Jump Rope(x5 for singles)
20 Kettlebell Swings(m-53lbs/f-35lbs)
10 Dumbbell Push-Jerks(m-40lbs/f-25lbs)
Before the workout started, athletes could strategize by giving reps to or taking reps from their team-mates. All athletes had to complete the round before starting the next. Once the workout started the only person that could help you finish your round was a team-mate of the opposite sex.
