Imua Athletics – warming up and getting stronger and faster.
We shortened “Gut Check” by having it start at 10 reps instead of 15 reps. Which makes it only shorter, not easier. The rest of the time we spent coaching the points of performance for the Clean and landing technique for the box jump.

10 Kettlebell Swings(m-53lbs/f-35lbs)
1 Burpee
invert the ladder
