The benchmark “girl wod” named “Nicole” is a lot of running that is rudely interrupted by a max pull-up attempt. Some athletes choose to focus more on collecting rounds and others spend a little more time at the pull-up bar trying to squeeze out a few more reps. Either way, “Nicole” is a strategy workout that entails trying to do both. A couple athletes just missed getting their 8th round by mere seconds.
