We always like to include in our Strength Day a mini-metcon workout that takes less than 5 minutes. We decided to link a bunch of those together for today’s workout.

There seems to be an interesting correlation between body fat % and body heat. Leaner athletes wear less clothes. It’s because they are hot right?

Concept 2 Rower – Scored in Meters
Pull-Ups
Sit-Ups
Double-Under Jump Rope(÷ 5 for singles)
