By request…we bring back the breakdance burpee. I am pretty sure Gay & Justin reserved this date at least a month ago to do a dual birthday celebration. Each submitted their love/hate list and we meshed together a sprint workout. And of course.. you had to do it twice. As part of the Tuesday 6:30pm Theme Night, participants could choose to previous themes and combine them. Here is a short list of the posibilities:
