Jasmine’s birthday was on the 5th, but she was away on the mainland. So this is her belated celebration workout. After submitting her love/hate list we put together her workout. There are a lot of short runs in the beginning but as the reps go up we lengthen the run. Very fun WOD. Happy Birthday Jasmine!!!

Workout of the Day:

“Jas it Up”
2 Burpees
5 Medicine Ball Cleans(m-20lbs/f-12lbs)
100m Run
2 Burpees
10 Medicine Ball Cleans
100m Run
3 Burpees
15 Medicine Ball Cleans
100m Run
Burpees go up by 1 and Medicine Ball Cleans go up by 5 each round
After 10 minutes 100m run changes to a 400m run
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes
