In JR’s love/hate list he confessed to hating burpees and wanted to do a workout with muscle-ups. He actually meant he would like to “be able” to do a muscle-up. We are confident JR will have his muscle-up in no time. In fact, I will venture to say within 30 days. Happy Birthday JR!
