Kip was at home with his family on the Big Island during his birthday, so we helped him celebrate upon his return. He said he liked overhead movements, so we put as many as we could into one workout. Happy Birthday Kip!!

5 Push-Jerks(m-40lbs/f-25lbs) & (m-95lbs/f-65lbs)
5 Thrusters(m-40lbs/f-25lbs) & (m-95lbs/f-65lbs)
20 Squats
200m Run
