Today’s workout leaves it up to the athlete to choose for themselves which order and rep count they want to assign to each movement. The order and the reps per move can be reassign every round as long as one movement has 12 reps, another movement has 10 reps and the last has 8 reps. Each round is completed with a 200m run. Choice is good!
