I popped in for this work out and every time I stop by people are like where have you been? I've been running. a lot. I even think I'm getting addicted to the "Runners High"… if I don't run I get really really cranky. Some say thats the sign of an addiction but anyway this Strength Day truly mirrored my loss of upperbody strength. The numbers don't lie.
One day I'll learn the balance of having a solid run and an even better WOD.
