“21 All In”
3 Pull-Ups
6 Sit-Ups
9 Box Jumps
Every minute on the minute for 21 minutes
the rep count stays the same 3-6-9 but the start position changes every round. Start with the element that you finished with in the previous round. At some point you decide to go all in and complete 2 rounds in a 1 minute cycle.
