The fifth workout for the Reebok CrossFit Games Open is a long 20 minute ordeal. We decided to give our athletes a shorter taste as they prepare to validate this Friday and Saturday.

15 Wall Ball(m-20lbs to 10’/f-14lbs to 9′)
As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes
