Friday Night Lights
We are validating all CrossFit Games Open competitors starting at 6:30pm tonight, Friday April 8th. Therefore there is NO 6:30pm class.
From 6:30 to 7:15pm, we will be treating it like a strength day. For all those who are still “in the running” and want to stay “in the running” you can stay alive with a score of 1. So if you feel like the Rx weight is too heavy for you, come in and try. You may surprise yourself and then you can stay alive and “keep your hat on” for another week. Get a 1 rep PR, we will validate that and then you are free to scale the weight for the 5 minute workout. We will be having 5 sub-categories for both men and women.
