Glenn requested for his birthday to do the benchmark workout “Fight Gone Bad”. As you can imagine, his popularity soared in the room. As a coach, it is fun to hear the reactions when athletes see the whiteboard. FGB is quite unique and triggers the appropriate response. Happy Birthday Glenn!!
