Big turn out for Pat’s birthday workout. Some even came back to the 6:30pm class to do it for a second time. Of course, food and drinks followed. What else would you expect when Thirsty is celebrating. Happy Birthday Pat!!

“Pat O. Unbroken”
47 Wall Ball
47 Dumbbell Deadlifts(m-50lbs/f-30lbs)
47 Pull-Ups
47 Barbell Presses(m-45lbs/f-31lbs)
The object of this workout is to have each element “unbroken”, each time it is broken, a circle run(100m) is required. The athlete can’t continue to the next element until the number of repetitions are completed for each element. It is scored based on time and with the least amount of circle runs.
