Keiki CrossFit in action
Athletes had a choice of 1 round then switch or 1 minute then switch. Almost everyone chose 1 minute on, 1 minute off. Which lends to feeling like you always have to do the hard stuff and your partner has the easy stuff. =) just feels that way…its all hard stuff when you are going fast. Partner workouts also make you push harder since you know someone is watching your every rep. That feeling of not wanting to let your partner down is such a great motivator.
