If you haven’t felt like Popeye in a while, today’s workout would have done the trick. Like most “on the minute” workouts, you need to complete the work cycle in 30 seconds or less. 30 seconds of rest is essential to surviving the workout. Every second you start losing means that soon you will be pushed out of the workout. Those who got pushed out early were able to continue at whatever pace those chose.
