Phillip requested this benchmark CrossFit workout for his birthday wod. We just couldn’t say no. However, we did put in some options. ODD Filthy Fifty, EVEN Filthy Fifty and even 25 reps of everything. Whatever option our athletes chose, there was a 30 minute cap. Phillip’s birthday won’t easily be forgotten. Happy Birthday Phillip!!
