Tara is new to our room and this is her first Birthday workout! Many commented that they would rather do 30 wall ball than 11 dirty ball. We changed the name from Clean Ball to Dirty Ball since too many athletes were mistaking it for a medicine ball clean. The Dirty Ball is so much more. So Tara’s birthday workout gave birth to the Dirty Ball. Awesome way to be celebrated. Happy Birthday Tara!!
