“Drop Top”
200m Run
50 Double-Under Jump Rope
40 Squats
30 Sit-Ups
20 Push-Ups
10 Power Cleans(m-135lbs/f-95lbs)
5 rounds
Drop top row after each run. 5th round is 200m run 10 Power Cleans.
