Starts from the floor(no rack), every time the bar comes down from the rack position, athlete must do 6 pull-ups
like the video. Crossfit is intimidating to new people and video like this help increase the appeal. It is good to hear from the guy in the video who is always last one done— like me a bunch of the WODs
