Part 2
20 Clean & Jerks(m-165lbs/f-110lbs)
m- for every 10lbs scaled down = 100m run & 2 burpees before starting Clean & Jerks
f- for every 5lbs scaled down = 100m run & 2 burpees before starting Clean & Jerks
10 minute cap
