Zach had originally requested the Bear Complex and subsequently sent over his CrossFit movement love/hate list. Since we did all his loves the day prior, his workout was mostly hate=). We blended it into a “Bear” inspired pattern to help him celebrate his birth. Turned out to be a wrecker. Awesome! Happy Birthday Zach!
