So here it is! CrossFit Games Open Workout 12.1! First thought for most must have been, “What!! That’s it! Burpees!. Second thought, “Wow 7 minutes…that’s going to hurt!!”
We will always program around the Open Workout. So plan on continuing your training up to Saturday. Not training from Wednesday to Saturday is a mistake.
