“KB Hill”
1 Kettlebell Snatch(m-35lbs/f-26lbs) + 1 rep every round to 7, then – 1 rep every round
1 Sumo Deadlift High Pull(m-95lbs/f-65lbs) + 1 rep every round to 7, then – 1 rep every round
3 Double-Under Jump Rope + 3 rep every round to 7, then – 3 rep every round
