With the upcoming Open Validation we didn’t want to crush our athletes with a high volume heavy lift. Athletes had 5 minutes to run 400m and do a 1-rep max snatch. 3 attempts were allowed at the same weight. Only 1 attempt is necessary if successful on the first attempt.
