With today’s date (6/19) we created a workout based on some of Sharon’s loves and hates of CrossFit. Sharon’s comment: “I am pretty sure I put a comma between the burpees and the box jumps on my hate list”. Sorry Sharon, we saw an opportunity and “snatched” it. Happy Birthday Sharon!!
