15 Front Squats
As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes

12pm Class
30 minutes of Skill Practice
1) Handstand Walks – 30′ down & 30′ back x 3 or Handstand Hold – accumulate 5 minutes
2) L-Sits – accumulate 2 minutes
3) Pistols – 25 each leg

then…

24 Box Jumps(m-24″/f-20″)
