If you were around last year you remember Sabrina’s SOS of fun workout. For this birthday workout she wanted to include a lot of bar moves. In this case it ended up being a strip bar(barbell that is). The workout had a 30 minute cap which meant that hardly anyone finished. Whether they finished or not, all were happy to help Sabrina celebrate her 42nd birthday. Happy Birthday Coach Sabrina!!
