Fencing Outfit or Double-Under Protective Gear

Our athletes had an opportunity to practice their double-under skill. Either they had a time score if they finished the 500 reps or a max rep score in 10 minutes. Top time of the day 6:04.

500 Double-Under Jump Rope – 10 minute cap

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes
1 Muscle-Up(Bar or Rings) or 5 Pull-Ups
3 Dumbbell Squat Cleans(50/30)
5 Toes to Bar

Score = rounds completed before getting bumped out
Bonus: additional reps can be scored by Kettlebell Swing(53/35)
Kettlebell Swings will only count if you survive all 10 rounds
