Our normal Saturday schedule will be amended for the next 5 weeks for The Reebok CrossFit Games Open Competition:
9am – Regular Class
10am – Keiki CrossFit
11am – 1pm – Validation for Open
HAF Members – Free
Non-HAF Members may validate with us. The cost to participate is is $20 per workout or $75 for the entire 5-week Open Season.
Potluck and shenanigans to follow. BYOB.(bring your own beverages)
