1 partner does a 400m run while carrying a load(45/25) while the other partner works their way through:
8 Thrusters(155/105)
6 Rope Ascents(15′)
11 Box Jumps(30″/24″)
When running partner returns the load is transferred and the running partner picks up where their partner left off.
