Many athletes were trying to figure out how to complete this workout in the fastest time without doing a single burpee.

Workout of the Day:

“Blackout 100”

1 minute clock: max reps then rotate
Push-Ups
Sit-Ups
Squats
Kettlebell Swings(53/35)
5 round cap

Blackout each element by completing 100 reps. Score is time it takes to blackout all 4 elements. If 1 element is completed an athlete can do burpees during that minute for bonus score. Example: In the 4th round, athlete completes all reps for push-ups, sit-ups, squats and does 97 kettlebell swings when the minute expires. Athlete’s only option is to do burpees for 3 minutes until kettlebell swings comes back around to complete the remaining 3 reps.
