Minimum rep count for working athlete is 10 reps, max is 20 reps. Partners DO NOT have to do equal amount of reps
Only one athlete working at a time
Resting partner can do burpees. Each rep is worth 3 seconds of team time.
Solo athletes can start at 80 wall balls and end at row/run
