Don’t guess, if you are not journaling your strength and benchmark numbers then start today. then complete 1 of the following in the remaining time each round(5 rounds)
Bench Press – 5 rep max
Overhead Squat – 5 rep max
Press – 5 rep max
Back Squat – 5 rep max
Pull-Ups – Max reps (1 attempt)
3 minute rest between each round
