Nancy requires focus and intent under stress. When choosing the barbell weight, make sure the load is CHALLENGING for a set of 15 unbroken reps. In other words, it shouldn’t be an easy guarantee to get all reps set, but it also shouldn’t be 3 sets of 5 reps every round. Scale up or down as necessary.
