Todays workout focused on the speed in the drop of the squat snatch. Speed is hard to coach and weight always gets in the way. We encouraged athletes to scale the weight so they could still drop to the bottom fast versus receive the weight in a quarter squat and then finish the squat. We always recommend scaling the load as appropriate. Ryan chose to scale up to 185lbs.
