“Keep on beginning and failing. Each time you fail, start all over gain, and you will grow stronger until have accomplished a purpose – not the one you began with perhaps, but one you’ll be glad to remember.” –Ben Stein
Some workouts are easy to explain and others are like reading the rules of a board game. But they are always challenging and fun (in a CrossFit sort of way.) The goal is to try and go unbroken during the 25 rep segment – as to not hold the team up – and rest during the 5 rep segment. Happy Birthday Di! This wod is for you.
Workout of the Day:
Teams of 2 complete 30 reps total and then rotate. First partner does 25 reps of one element the second partner does 5 reps of a different element. After rotating, the first partner now gets to do five reps and the second partner completes 25 reps. The partner doing 5 reps gets to rest and cannot rotate until their partner has completed the 25 reps. 1 round has been completed when each partner has done both a 5 rep segment and a 25 rep segment of each of the three elements. Score is max rounds + reps in 20 minutes.

Happppy Birthday Di!!! Cute outfit birthday girl!!! You rock that LULU!! 🙂 …by the way, your arms are starting to get cut-up!! Niiiice!
Shout out to Sabrina for still rocking her Regional's bracelet!!! 🙂
Happy Birthday Di! It was a fun WOD, but also an example of how sometimes the most difficult part of crossfit is figuring out how the WOD works. I think Maila learned not to team up with me for anything that requires brains…
Not true Gay! You always seem to kill the team wods, so in my opinion, the best team player is YOU!!
