We can’t wait to get you started on your CrossFit Journey. We know that committing to something new and unfamiliar can be intimidating and sometimes even downright terrifying. That’s why we’re here to make sure to help you every step of the way. We want to get to know you personally, take you through each CrossFit workout step-by-step and work with you to get you comfortable with the whole process. Here are just a few things you can do to get started:
- Contact us by phone, email, or drop in at one of our gym locations for information on how CrossFit works and what we can do to help get you going.
- Attend one of our FREE basics classes to familiarize yourself with our CrossFit workouts.
- Start attending CrossFit Hawaii Group Workouts regularly.
